bdrk1 Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions ("Agreement") constitute a legally binding contract between you ("Player", "User", "you") and bdrk1 ("bdrk1", "we", "us", "the Platform") governing your access to and use of the bdrk1 website located at https://bdrk1.net and all associated services, including sports betting, live casino, online slots, crash games, and any other products offered through the Platform.

By accessing the bdrk1 website, creating an account, making a deposit, or placing any wager, you confirm that you have read, understood, and unconditionally agree to be bound by this Agreement in its entirety, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, which are incorporated herein by reference. If you do not accept these terms, you must cease using the Platform immediately.

bdrk1 reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Amendments take effect upon publication on this page. Continued use of the Platform after any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. Players are encouraged to review this page periodically. The effective date at the top of this document indicates the date of the most recent revision.

To register an account and use the bdrk1 platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at all times:

• You are at least 18 years of age. bdrk1 is strictly for adults. Underage gambling is illegal and harmful. 18+
• You are a natural person (not a corporation, trust, partnership, or other legal entity acting on behalf of others for commercial purposes).
• You are accessing the Platform for your own personal entertainment and are not acting on behalf of any third party.
• You are not subject to a self-exclusion agreement, cooling-off period, or any other voluntary or mandatory exclusion arrangement with bdrk1 or any affiliated platform.
• You are not depositing funds that originate from criminal activity, money laundering, fraud, or any other unlawful source.
• You hold only one registered account with bdrk1. Duplicate accounts are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of balances pending investigation.

bdrk1 employs automated age and identity screening tools to detect underage registrations. Any account found to belong to a person under the age of 18 will be immediately closed, all wagering transactions will be voided, and deposited funds will be returned to the payment source used, minus any bonuses claimed, at bdrk1's sole discretion.

Each player may hold only one registered account with bdrk1. During registration, you are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, Bangladesh mobile number, and preferred MFS payment method (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or Upay). Providing false or misleading information constitutes a material breach of this Agreement.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your bdrk1 login credentials, including your username and password. bdrk1 strongly recommends enabling SMS OTP two-factor authentication, which is available to all account holders at no additional cost. Any activity carried out through your account using your credentials is deemed to have been authorised by you, whether or not you actually performed the action.

bdrk1 reserves the right to request identity verification documents ("Know Your Customer" or KYC documents) at any time and in particular before processing withdrawals, applying bonuses, or in response to suspicious account activity. Documents that may be requested include:

• Government-issued photo identification (National ID Card, passport, or driving licence)
• Proof of address issued within the past three months (utility bill, bank statement, or official government correspondence)
• Verification of the registered Bangladesh mobile number used for MFS transactions
• Evidence of ownership of the payment method used for deposits (e.g., bKash account screenshot showing account name matching registration)

Accounts where KYC documents have been requested but not provided within 30 days will be suspended. Suspended accounts retain their balance, which will be released upon successful verification.

All financial transactions on bdrk1 are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). bdrk1 does not impose currency conversion fees on any deposit or withdrawal made through a supported local payment method. Supported payment methods currently include bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay.

The minimum deposit amount is ৳500 per transaction. There is no maximum deposit limit imposed by bdrk1 at the platform level, however individual payment providers (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay) may apply their own daily or per-transaction limits in accordance with their own terms of service, which are outside bdrk1's control. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000 per transaction.

• Deposit Processing Time: Deposits via bKash and Nagad are typically credited to the bdrk1 account within 60 seconds of a successful MFS transaction confirmation. Rocket and Upay deposits are typically credited within 5 minutes.
• Withdrawal Processing Time: Withdrawal requests are processed within 15 minutes on average during standard operating hours (8 AM – midnight BST). Requests submitted outside these hours are processed at the start of the next operating window.
• Withdrawal Method Matching: Withdrawals must be made to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit. bdrk1 does not permit withdrawal to a different MFS account or mobile number than the one registered to your account without updated KYC verification.
• Withdrawal Conditions: Before a withdrawal can be processed, the player must have completed KYC verification and must have wagered their total deposited amount at least once (1x turnover). Bonus-linked wagering requirements are stated separately under the Bonuses & Promotions section.

bdrk1 reserves the right to delay or withhold withdrawal processing pending completion of identity verification, investigation of suspected fraud, or compliance with applicable legal requirements. In such cases, bdrk1 will notify the player via the registered mobile number or email within 24 hours of the delay being imposed.

bdrk1 offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to both new and existing players. All promotions are subject to specific terms that are published alongside each offer and must be read in conjunction with this Agreement. Where a conflict exists between the specific bonus terms and this Agreement, the specific bonus terms shall prevail in relation to that promotion.

General conditions applicable to all bdrk1 bonuses and promotions include:

• Bonuses are credited to the player's account in BDT and are subject to wagering requirements stated in the individual promotion terms. Wagering requirements specify the number of times the bonus amount (and in some cases the deposit amount) must be wagered before a withdrawal can be requested.
• All bonuses carry an expiry date. Bonus funds that have not been wagered through the required number of times before the expiry date are automatically removed from the account balance without notice.
• Not all games contribute equally to bonus wagering requirements. Slots may contribute 100%, while live casino games and sports betting may contribute at a lower rate (e.g., 10%–50%). Specific contribution rates are stated in each promotion's terms.
• Bonuses are strictly for personal use. Bonus abuse — including but not limited to using multiple accounts to claim the same bonus, exploiting technical errors to generate unearned bonus credits, or coordinating with other players to meet wagering requirements artificially — will result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of all bonus-related winnings.
• bdrk1 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotional offer at any time without prior notice, except where a promotion is already in progress for a specific player, in which case the existing terms apply until the promotion expires.

All bets placed on bdrk1 are subject to the specific rules applicable to the sport, event, or game in question, which are published within the relevant section of the Platform. The following general rules apply to all betting and gaming activity on bdrk1:

• Bet Confirmation: A bet is only valid once it has been confirmed and accepted by the bdrk1 system and a unique bet reference number has been generated. Bets not yet confirmed are not valid and will not be settled.
• Odds Changes: For pre-match sports betting, odds are locked at the time of bet placement. For in-play (live) betting, bdrk1 may suspend markets or update odds in real time. A bet placed during a market suspension will be rejected and the stake returned.
• Void Bets: bdrk1 reserves the right to void any bet placed on an event where the outcome was already known at the time of placement, where a clear system error resulted in incorrect odds being offered, or where the relevant event is cancelled without a result being declared.
• Maximum Winnings: Maximum single-bet winnings are capped at ৳50,00,000 (fifty lakh BDT) per event unless otherwise stated. bdrk1 reserves the right to apply individual player win limits at its discretion.
• Casino & Slots: Casino games and slots are governed by the rules published by the respective game provider (Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, Ezugi). In the event of a discrepancy between the on-screen display and the game server result, the game server result is final.

bdrk1 uses certified random number generation (RNG) technology for all non-live casino games. Live dealer games are operated from professional studios by qualified dealers under the supervision of the respective provider (Evolution Gaming or Ezugi). bdrk1 does not control the outcome of any live dealer game and is not responsible for dealer errors beyond those addressed by the provider's own error-correction procedures.

The following actions are strictly prohibited on the bdrk1 platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balance, and referral to relevant authorities where applicable:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, scrapers, or artificial intelligence tools to place bets, navigate the platform, or exploit any game mechanic without human input.
• Collusion with other players to share information, coordinate bets, or manipulate the outcome of any casino game or sports betting market.
• Arbitrage betting strategies that exploit price differences between bdrk1 and other platforms in a systematic or professional capacity.
• Money laundering or using bdrk1 as a vehicle to transfer, conceal, or convert funds derived from criminal activity. bdrk1 cooperates fully with law enforcement investigations and reports suspicious financial activity in accordance with applicable regulations.
• Chargebacks or reversal of MFS transactions after winnings have been received. Any player who initiates an unauthorised chargeback will have their account immediately suspended and the amount of the chargeback added to a debt recoverable by bdrk1.
• Attempting to exploit software bugs, glitches, or mathematical errors in games or betting markets. Any winnings resulting from exploited errors are not payable and will be voided.
• Registering multiple accounts, using false identity documents, or impersonating another person.

bdrk1 is committed to promoting responsible gambling and providing tools that help players maintain healthy gambling habits. Gambling should be an enjoyable form of entertainment, and bdrk1 has built practical safeguards directly into the Platform to support that goal.

• Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps from the account settings panel. Reductions take effect immediately; increases are subject to a 24-hour cooling-off period.
• Session Time Reminders: Configure on-screen notifications that appear after 30 minutes, 1 hour, or 2 hours of continuous play to encourage regular breaks.
• Cooling-Off Periods: Players may request a temporary account suspension of 24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days. During a cooling-off period, login is disabled and promotional communications are paused.
• Self-Exclusion: Players who believe gambling has become a problem may request permanent self-exclusion by contacting support at [email protected]. Self-exclusion is processed within 24 hours and is irreversible for a minimum period of 6 months.
• Reality Checks: A real-time summary of session win/loss totals and time spent on the Platform is available within the account dashboard at all times during an active session.

All content on the bdrk1 platform — including but not limited to the bdrk1 brand name, logo, website design, user interface, graphics, text, software, game integrations, and promotional materials — is the intellectual property of bdrk1 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the bdrk1 Platform solely for your own personal, non-commercial entertainment. This licence does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, broadcast, or create derivative works from any bdrk1 content without prior written permission.
• Use bdrk1's brand name, logo, or trademarks in any manner that implies endorsement, affiliation, or partnership without written authorisation.
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of any bdrk1 software or game integration.
• Scrape, index, or commercially exploit any data, odds, results, or content from the bdrk1 Platform without express written consent.

Game content provided by Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi remains the intellectual property of those respective studios. bdrk1 makes no claim of ownership over third-party game content and displays it under valid commercial licence agreements with each provider.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, bdrk1 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or exemplary damages arising from or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of funds due to wagering outcomes, loss of data, service interruptions, or technical errors.

The bdrk1 Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While bdrk1 makes every reasonable effort to maintain uninterrupted service, we do not guarantee that the Platform will be available at all times or free from technical errors. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance may temporarily interrupt access to some or all features of the Platform.

• Internet Connectivity: bdrk1 is not responsible for loss of bets, disconnections, or data errors caused by the player's internet connection, mobile network (Grameenphone, Banglalink, Robi, Airtel, Teletalk), or device performance.
• Third-Party Payment Delays: bdrk1 is not liable for delays in deposit or withdrawal processing caused by MFS providers (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay) or their underlying banking partners.
• Game Provider Errors: In the event of a verified technical error by a game provider (Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, Ezugi), bdrk1's liability is limited to the refund of the affected bet stake and does not extend to any other losses or consequential damages.

bdrk1 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at any time, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions or any other policy published by bdrk1.
• Suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering, identity theft, or any other illegal conduct involving the account.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe after a verification request has been issued.
• Discovery that the account holder is under 18 years of age or does not otherwise meet the eligibility criteria set out in Section 2 of this Agreement.
• Detection of duplicate accounts registered by the same individual, household, device, or IP address.
• A player's own request for self-exclusion or account closure submitted to the bdrk1 support team.
• Regulatory or legal requirement to suspend account activity, including any order or directive from a competent authority.

Where an account is suspended pending investigation, the player's balance is preserved and will be returned net of any forfeited bonuses upon conclusion of the investigation, provided no prohibited conduct is confirmed. Where an account is permanently closed due to confirmed prohibited conduct, the full balance — including real-money deposits and winnings — may be forfeited at bdrk1's sole discretion and in accordance with applicable law.

Any remaining verified balance will be returned to the registered MFS account within 3 business days of the closure request being processed, subject to outstanding wagering requirement obligations being settled first.

bdrk1 reserves the right to revise, update, or replace any part of these Terms & Conditions at any time. Changes are effective immediately upon publication on this page. Where a change materially affects player rights or obligations, bdrk1 will endeavour to notify registered players via the mobile number or email address associated with their account at least 7 days prior to the change taking effect, where practicable.

It is the player's responsibility to review these Terms & Conditions periodically. Continued use of the bdrk1 Platform following any revision constitutes acceptance of the updated Agreement. If you disagree with any revised terms, your sole remedy is to cease using the Platform and close your account in accordance with Section 11 above.

These Terms & Conditions, together with the Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and bdrk1 with respect to your use of the Platform and supersede all prior agreements, representations, and understandings, whether written or oral.

Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms & Conditions, or the breach, termination, enforcement, interpretation, or validity thereof, shall first be submitted to bdrk1's internal dispute resolution process by contacting [email protected]. bdrk1 commits to responding to all formal disputes within 14 calendar days with a written determination.
